Job summary

You will collaborate with purchasing, inventory, and production to ensure material availability and capacity, while driving improvements in planning processes.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to work across Swedish and English language environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering and Management or related field preferred but not required.
• At least one year of experience in production planning.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MPS/MRP.
• Solid analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Good communication and collaboration with teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with process optimization focus.
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed production schedules and plans.
• Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with purchasing, inventory, and production teams for material availability and capacity.
• Analyze production data and delivery performance for improvements.
• Own capacity planning and resource utilization.
• Communicate changes in production plans to stakeholders.
