Job summary

Avinode Group is looking for an Event Manager in Gothenburg to lead our B2B events strategy. In this role, you will oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of events that strengthen relationships and generate leads. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of project management, and proven ability to connect event activities to revenue goals.

You will work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and success at every event. Your efforts will shape how Avinode presents itself in the business aviation industry.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience organizing and leading B2B events.
• Proven ability to work closely with Sales or Commercial teams.
• Excellent project-management skills in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Avinode Group's external event program, including various industry events.
• Lead event strategy, planning, execution, budget, and follow-up.
• Set clear KPIs, report on results, and lead structured retrospectives.
