Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a data-driven analyst to shape the assortment strategy across regions from our Stockholm office. You will translate sales data into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise stock, pricing and regional impact.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, textiles or equivalent field.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into actions.
• Business and commercial mindset with focus on growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Follow and identify new sales opportunities based on selling data and insights to maximise growth and profitability.
• Analyse product sales data to optimise assortment planning and quantification per region.
• Collaborate with business controller, pattern makers, designers and product developers to ensure local relevance of global assortment.
• Demonstrate salesmanship, urgency and a positive, agile mindset to drive action and results.
