Job summary

What you’ll do

H&M Assortment designs and develops fashion collections for a global customer base. You will be part of a mixed team of designers, pattern makers, product developers and planners, collaborating to create the best customer offer and influence H&M on a global scale. The goal is to become industry leaders in creating irresistible products and assortment, building a fast-moving, creative organization centered around the product and democratizing sustainable fashion.

As a Business Controller, you will help generate sustainable sales growth and profitability for your area of responsibility in the short and long term. Through analyses and fashion forecasting, this role enables a current and commercial assortment. You will lead the development of the global assortment with your team to drive growth, profitability and customer value, and to optimize each region for a locally relevant assortment.

This is a full-time position based in our Stockholm, Sweden office, reporting to Assortment Controllers. You do not need to live in Sweden to apply; relocation support is available if needed.
