What You’ll Do

At H&M Assortment, you will be part of a mixed team of designers, pattern makers, product developers and planners, building global assortment that drives sustainable sales growth and profitability. As a Business Controller, you will generate sustainable growth for your area of responsibility, provide commercial analysis, forecast fashion trends and optimize assortment locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize sustainable sales growth and profitability with the right quantity, timing, placement and pricing.
• Make business‑minded decisions and implement actions based on commercial analyses of sales, customer behaviour, and market trends.
• Take informal leadership responsibility, communicate insights clearly and inspire the team toward goals.
• Participate in defining vision, strategy, goals and timelines together with the team leader.
• Support the team by buying follow‑up to secure the right assortment mix and volumes.
• Perform ongoing sales analysis and identify future potential and risk.
• Take responsibility for controlling and balance top‑down vs bottom‑up perspective.

Qualifications
