H&M Group in Stockholm, Sweden is seeking a Business Controller to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability. You will collaborate with designers, pattern makers, product developers, and planners to optimize global assortment and regional performance.

You will lead analyses, forecast demand, and provide actionable insights while mentoring the team toward company goals. Relocation support is available; start date flexible in 2026/2027.

Formación

• Degree in business, economics, engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, generate insights and translate them into actions.
• Leadership ability and a strategic mindset.
• Salesmanship and the ability to identify customer needs.
• Experience within e-commerce is meritorious.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize sustainable sales growth and profitability with the right quantity, timing, place and price.
• Make business-minded decisions and implement actions based on commercial analyses of sales, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Provide informal leadership, communicate insights clearly and simply, mentor and guide the team toward the company purpose and goals.
• Participate in defining vision, strategy, goals and timeline with the team leader.
• Support the team with buying follow-up to secure the right assortment mix and volumes.
• Perform ongoing sales analysis and identify future potential and risks.
• Balance top-down and bottom-up perspectives in controlling responsibilities.
