Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a data analytics professional to join the Supply Chain Analytics team in Stockholm. You will work within the In-Season Optimisation area, combining Gen-AI, SQL, Python, and BI best practices to deliver data-driven insights and optimize product performance.

You’ll translate business objectives into actionable insights, analyze digital fulfilment flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory, sourcing, and customer delivery across global markets.

Qualifications

• A degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Analytics experience in retail, fashion, or tech-driven firms focusing on Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R; familiarity with data tools like Git, Dataform and dbt is a plus.
• Strong analytical methods applied to real-world data problems.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes into data-driven insights to guide decisions across the value chain.
• Support analysis and optimization of digital fulfilment flows for inventory and delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives and decisions.
• Transform large data volumes into actionable insights for strategic directions in fashion retail and e-commerce.
• Define, monitor and visualize KPIs to drive transparency and success metrics.
• Lead data modelling discussions for optimal data structures and model performance.
• Act as analytics expert within the team, contributing to business development and value realization.
