Job summary

H&M Group in Stockholm seeks a Retail Analytics Manager to lead and develop a team of Data Analysts within the Retail unit. You will combine people leadership with hands-on contribution to deliver high-impact analytics.

You will partner with senior leaders, shape the analytics roadmap, ensure data quality, and translate complex business challenges into actionable insights that drive retail strategy and store performance.

Qualifications

• Years of experience in analytics and/or business development
• Deep expertise in data analytics, strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to turn complexity into clear, actionable insights
• Proven experience leading complex analytics initiatives and projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across functions and contribute to Communities of Practice
• Experience leading, coaching and developing others
• A strong understanding of fashion retail, with deeper knowledge of the physical store environment

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a high-performing analytics team, fostering curiosity and continuous improvement.
• Define analytics vision with long-term measurement frameworks and KPI governance.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify analytics opportunities that unlock value.
• Translate complex business problems into structured analytics initiatives.

• Oversee cross-functional analytics projects with timely, decision-ready insights.
