Instabee Group AB is seeking a Global Implementation Specialist to drive API integrations for a growing merchant base across markets. You will own onboarding, integration setup and launch, working with Commercial, Product, Tech and Operations to translate needs into scalable solutions.

You will manage complex deals, accelerate go-to-market timelines and maintain strong relationships with global merchants, ensuring a smooth, long-term integration experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years in e-commerce or logistics, especially implementation or technical account management.
• Solid understanding of API integrations and tool usage (Postman or similar).
• Experience with global merchants or cross-border setups.

About the role

As a Global Implementation Specialist you will play a key role in developing and continuously improving Instabee's global merchant offering through API integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless integration experience, enabling merchants to quickly launch and scale Instabee's delivery services across markets.

Working closely with our Commercial, Product, Tech and Operations teams, you will act as the link between business needs and technical solutions. You will support complex commercial deals by translating merchant requirements into effective integration solutions, removing technical barriers and accelerating go-to-market timelines.

From initial discussions and technical onboarding to launch and ongoing optimization, you will take ownership of the integration journey and build strong, long-term relationships with our global merchants. This is a cross-functional role where you will combine technical understanding, commercial awareness and project management to create scalable solutions and an excellent merchant experience.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will:

• Drive the technical value proposition in complex commercial deal cycles, aligning integration roadmaps with business objectives to remove technical barriers and accelerate merchant launches.

• Take full ownership of onboarding and API integrations for new global merchants, ensuring a smooth and successful launch experience.

• Partner closely with Commercial teams to accelerate go-to-market timelines and enable merchants to quickly start using Instabee's services.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Product and Operations to simplify complex integrations, resolve technical challenges and ensure effective solutions.

• Monitor integration performance and analyze relevant data to identify improvement opportunities and continuously strengthen our global integration processes.

• Act as a trusted partner to global merchants, building strong relationships and supporting their needs beyond the initial launch.

What we're looking for

We believe you are a driven and solution-oriented person who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and business. You are comfortable navigating complex technical discussions, managing multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. You combine strong communication skills with a structured approach and a genuine interest in creating great customer experiences.

We also believe you have:

• A university degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience within e-commerce or logistics, preferably in implementation, Technical Account Management or Commercial Excellence.

• A solid understanding of API integrations. Hands‑on experience with Postman or similar tools is a plus.

• Experience working with global merchants and/or cross‑border commercial setups.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives forward in a cross‑functional environment.

• A commercial mindset and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
