A leading IT consultancy firm in Stockholm is seeking a junior front desk and conference host to join their First Impression team. In this temporary position, you will provide exceptional service to colleagues and external visitors while managing various administrative tasks. Candidates should have experience in customer service and conference preparations, with strong fluency in both Swedish and English. First Impression enables the best possible work environment for every Netlighter. The person we are looking for will be the frontperson at our Stockholm office, we are looking for someone who has earlier experience with custom service and/or reception.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a junior front desk and conference host with an exceptional sense of service, a driven personality with high ambitions, who will work with a strong focus on reception and administration. You will be part of the First Impression team, convey a professional and positive first impression. This applies both via email, tele‑phone, and in person.

This is a temporary role between May 2026 – August 2027.

Tasks

• Give a first‑class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors in thereception.
• Have full responsibility for our new hire process.
• External conference and workshop host.
• Representing First Impression in new hire events.
• Responsibility for phone subscriptions.
• Responsibility for alarm and security at the office.
• Managing all deliveries to and from the office.
• Support Netlight colleagues with day‑to‑day matters.
• Sustainability and environmental work.
• Cooperation with our operations team.
• Support Netlight’s core business.
