Paebbl is an industrial resilience company turning captured CO₂ into carbon-storing building materials. We accelerate the natural process of CO₂ mineralisation – in which CO₂ reacts with minerals to form stable carbonates from thousands of years – to a matter of hours, producing a carbon‑negative powder that can replace conventional, heavily emitting cementitious materials. Having switched on the world’s first continuous CO₂ mineralisation demonstration plant, we are now scaling from startup execution into structured industrial operations. It is a fast‑moving environment where pragmatism, ownership, and the ability to build things that work in the real world matter.
As Founder's Associate, you will work directly with Paebbl's Co‑CEO at the center of the company's strategic execution. This is a highly visible role supporting fundraising, corporate strategy, executive operations, board governance, company positioning and cross‑functional strategic initiatives. You will help prepare and execute major financing rounds, while partnering with Product, Finance and Marketing to drive Paebbl's highest priorities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment and enjoys solving complex strategic problems.
You are intellectually curious, proactive, organised and commercially minded. You enjoy working directly with senior executives, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and bringing structure to complex initiatives. You thrive in start‑up environments, and have a high change tolerance.
After 12 months, you will have played a significant role in delivering a successful Series B fundraising process, strengthened Paebbl's company positioning and strategic planning, established excellent executive operating rhythms for board and leadership meetings, and become a trusted strategic partner to the Co‑CEOs, helping drive cross‑company initiatives and informed decision‑making.
