Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a commercially focused role in consulting, investment banking, or venture capital markets
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, commercial and financial capabilities
• Excellent programme and project management

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Co‑CEOs and VP Finance to prepare and execute current and future fundraising rounds
• Coordinate investor materials, due diligence, data rooms and fundraising workstreams
• Support competitive analysis, pricing strategy and market positioning with the Co‑CEOs and VP Product
• Prepare Board, Industrial Advisory Board, Quarterly Business Reviews and All Hands
• Work with Marketing on visibility, thought leadership and strategic communications
• Lead cross‑functional strategic projects sponsored by the Co‑CEOs
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve executive productivity and project execution
