Job summary

Stealth Startup, a fast-growing deep-tech company in Sweden, seeks an entrepreneurial CEO to lead commercialisation and company building. You will own partnerships, financing strategy and overall go-to-market direction, turning breakthrough technology into a clear value proposition for industrial customers.

You will work with technical founders and a small team to shape the business, identify investors and grants, and guide the next financing round while building an organisation that can scale

We are a fast-growing deep-tech startup developing a new way to transform industrial waste into valuable resources that supports cleaner water and we are looking for a entrepreneurial CEO to join our team.

After years of research and development, our technology is now progressing through pilot projects with industrial partners. With long-term funding in place, we are preparing for our next phase: commercialisation and industrial-scale implementation.

The opportunity

As our CEO, you will work closely with us and take the lead on commercialisation, partnerships, financing and company building.

Your initial priorities will include:

• Building relationships with customers and industrial partners
• Developing the plan for our first demonstration plant
• Identifying relevant investors and grant opportunities
• Preparing and leading our next financing round
• Turning our technology into a clear commercial proposition
• Building the organisation as we grow

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven leader who enjoys building companies from an early stage.

You can understand complex technology, communicate its commercial value and create momentum with customers, partners and investors. You are strategic when needed but also comfortable working hands-on as part of a small team.

You will ideally bring

• Experience commercialising deep-tech or industrial technology
• A strong understanding of B2B sales and strategic partnerships
• Experience with fundraising, grants or investor relations
• The ability to work effectively with technical founders
• A relevant network across industry, technology or investment
• A genuine interest in circularity and sustainable industry

Experience from deep tech, industrial technology, cleantech, process industries or the circular economy would be valuable.

You will join a funded startup at an important point in our development and help shape our commercial direction from the ground up.

You will work alongside experienced technical and R&D founders, bring a promising technology to market and build a company with the potential to create meaningful industrial and environmental impact.
