Job summary

Kivra AB in Stockholm is hiring a Business Controller who will redefine finance with AI, data and code. You’ll own close processes, build scalable controls and put numbers at the heart of decisions. You’ll work alongside AI and data teams to automate routines and deliver auditable, real-time insights.

Fluency in English is required, Swedish is a plus. The role is full-time and based in our central Stockholm office, with flexible arrangements to fit life’s demands.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in accounting, consolidation and annual reporting; audit background a plus.
• Able to build scalable finance processes and controls.
• Proficient with SQL or Python and daily use of AI in analytics.

Responsibilities

• Reinvent how we close; move towards up-to-date books and automated routines.
• Build financial controls that operate automatically and prove themselves with minimal manual evidence.
• Free up time to analyze margins, value creation and strategic opportunities.
