Job summary

Siemens Energy AB in Sweden is seeking a professional to join our global Business Controlling team. You will drive automation, data visualization and AI-driven insights to support finance across projects and factories, with a focus on our Sweden operations.

You will translate complex data into actionable reports, collaborate with Finance Heads, and champion responsible use of Copilot, Copilot Agents and other approved AI tools to improve quality, speed and decision-making.

Qualifications

Higher university education in finance, controlling, data or related field.
3–5 years in a Finance organization as controlling or finance professional with strong data-analysis skills.
Experience in process automation, business intelligence or data visualization.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, generative AI or comparable AI-supported business tools.

Responsibilities

Lead automated finance processes, analytical solutions and data-visualization tools.
Identify and develop AI tool applications within Finance.
Translate business requirements into digital AI-supported solutions.
Collaborate with the global Business Controlling team, especially Sweden.
Provide strategic business insights to project and factory finance heads.
Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
Support responsible AI adoption with governance and human review.
