Job summary

Creditstar Sweden AB is establishing and expanding its Swedish finance function as part of its continued growth and regulatory development. The role focuses on owning and refining finance processes in a fast-moving environment, reporting to the CFO.

This hands-on position combines accounting, reporting, systems and process development, with opportunities to drive scalable finance solutions and participate in regulatory reporting and data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in accounting, financial reporting and financial control.
• Comfort with hands-on operational work and process improvement.
• Strong systems aptitude and interest in automation.
• Professional proficiency in English and Swedish.
• Experience from regulated environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Support tax calculations and external advisors.
• Develop and implement scalable finance processes and operating models.
• Assist audits and stakeholder interactions.
• Participate in regulatory reporting and finance transformation.
