Scania, headquartered in Södertälje, seeks a Financial Controller in Group Reporting. You will help ensure accurate, timely IFRS-based group reporting, consolidate submissions, and drive improvements with AI and automation.

This role requires collaboration across global finance teams and a proactive mindset. You will partner with business units, guide month-end close, develop reporting structures, and strengthen controls.

Formación

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of experience in financial controlling, Group reporting, consolidation, or audit.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and financial closing processes.
• AI-oriented mindset with curiosity about applying AI to simplify finance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Review, validation, and consolidation of financial submissions from entities, ensuring accurate mappings, high data quality, and timely reporting in HFM.
• Guide reporting entities through month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, interpreting requirements and resolving issues.
• Turn complex financial information into clear insights through analytical reviews and variance analysis.
• Share expertise in IFRS, group policies, reporting instructions, financial models, and reporting systems.
• Drive improvements to make reporting simpler and more robust, including AI, automation, controls, and master data.
• Contribute to planning and forecast reporting, system governance, and ad-hoc analyses.
