Job summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair Pathology systems at customer sites worldwide. You will diagnose issues, deliver integrated hardware/software solutions, and advise customers on preventive maintenance.

Travel up to 50% is required as you support labs and customers across diverse locations while continuing to learn about new instruments and software. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a customer-facing Field Service Engineer.
• Experience with Medical Devices, Laboratory equipment or robotic/electromechanics and fluidics equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Install, implement, maintain and repair Pathology systems solutions at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Perform maintenance and preventive configurations to reduce downtime.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations impacting performance.
• Deliver integrated solutions including hardware, software, networks and applications.
• Train field engineers and customers on the solutions.
