Job summary

Revvity seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair Life Science Diagnostics systems, with focus on reproductive health screening. You will train users on-site and travel to customer sites as required in Sweden.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent in Electronic Engineering with chemistry/biology, a full driving license, and proven experience in customer service within a technical environment. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, HNC or equivalent in Electronic Engineering + Chemistry / Biology to senior school level.
• Full Driving Licence
• Significant years experience in a related Customer Service Environment.
• Preference for experience in Liquid Handling, High Content Screening or Immunoassay Systems in a clinical environment (training provided).
• Broad understanding of Prenatal and Neonatal Screening and Revvity Diagnostics Systems; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service as advised by coordinators in conjunction with the Service / Team Leader. Carry out installation, maintenance and repair of the instrument portfolio with initial focus on Diagnostics systems and training.
• Organising routine maintenance allocated on a monthly basis.
• Perform service on behalf of Revvity overseas offices, to meet quality, regulatory and compliance standards at sites of overseas customers.
• Ensure documentation, circuit diagrams, service data bulletins and manuals are up to date and aligned with the Quality Management System.
• Align personal working practices with department targets and demonstrate compliance with team targets.
• Maintain service spares issued and inventory records; report and resolve anomalies quickly.
• Ensure tools and test equipment are adequate and calibrated as required.
• Complete all Work Orders and related documentation within a day of completion; submit E Learning, expense claims and vehicle forms on time.
