Job summary

Dometic seeks a driven Field Sales professional to drive growth in CPV and RV segments across Central and Northern Sweden. You will visit customers, build strong relationships, and promote Dometic’s market-leading products in a field-based role spanning Stockholm to central-northern locations.

The position requires a technical selling mindset, experience in both direct and channel sales, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and follow-up.
• Ability to lead technical sales discussions and translate product features into customer value.
• Experience working in field-based roles with independent scheduling and travel across a region.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in RV and CPV segments with high field activity; manage prospecting, meetings, negotiations, closing and follow-up.
• Expand business with existing customers and actively prospect new ones.
• Deliver technical demos and installation support with the help of tech experts to show full value of Dometic solutions.
• Represent Dometic at events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Own forecasts, visit reports and pipeline to hit targets.
