Job summary
ICAPE Group is seeking a Sales Engineer Europe to strengthen our international sales team. You will promote and tailor electro-mechanical solutions to key players in the electronics industry across France, the United Kingdom and Sweden, contributing to growth from a remote base with frequent travel.
The role combines commercial and technical advisory, requiring a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in electronics/industrial sectors.
- Fluent English mandatory; French or Swedish a plus depending on location.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new customers, focusing on OEMs and EMS.
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio in a long sales cycle.
- Visit customers across territory with 50% travel.
- Understand customer needs and propose technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress from quotation to delivery.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to achieving sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities.
