Job summary

Capgemini Engineering, a global engineering services leader, seeks a Consultant and Team Lead for its Product & Systems Engineering unit in Sweden. You will work across SW & HW, applying Model Based Engineering and following Functional Safety and Cyber Security standards, contributing to electrical and electronics product system levels.

This role blends team responsibility with consultancy in delivery, recruiting and mentoring, supporting business growth, and helping craft technical proposals

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as an advanced System Engineer or technical lead.
• Experience as Team Lead, Scrum Master, or Project Manager is advantageous.
• Fluency in English, and preferably Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor and develop team members.
• Support Unit Manager with recruitment and business growth.
• Manage career development for the team.
• Contribute to technical solutions and proposals for new projects.
• Work on technical customer proposals.
• Be part of technical delivery/assignment to our clients.
