Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a global team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, and Product Engineers. You will deploy ElevenAgents to solve complex customer problems, synthesize workflows, and identify impactful AI applications across industries.

You will meet strategic customers to understand transformation goals, structure deals with outcome-based pricing, and own delivery outcomes on-site when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery and change management.
• Comfort engaging in deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic Python proficiency and API integration to prototype and demo.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivery.
• Ability to work across industries and adapt to different environments.
• Familiarity with common AI tooling and agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to terms and close.
• Embed with customers, spend time on-site, and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to implement.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents.
• Explore new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and future proposals to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights into the roadmap.
• Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents to customers.
