Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will partner with a Deployment Strategist to deliver real code with measurable business impact.

You will work across AI tooling stacks, data pipelines, and full-stack deployments, delivering production-ready capabilities for public sector customers and nonprofits. Collaboration with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system you'd be proud to walk us through.

Responsibilities

Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
Own technical components end-to-end from architecture to deployed production state.
Build and maintain data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
Collaborate with customers to co-build solutions that ship quickly and deliver measurable outcomes.
Surface platform gaps and field insights to the product and engineering teams.
