Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a global team, driving enterprise AI implementations of ElevenAgents across strategic customers. You will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, GTM, and product teams to map workflows, define problems, and shape deployments that deliver measurable business impact.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of enterprise customer experience, strong communication, and a hands-on ability to prototype with Python and APIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations and pricing.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to close.
• Embed yourself inside strategic customers and deliver outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to implement them.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products and driving adoption.
