Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Ludvika, Sweden invites a Team Lead to combine technical leadership with strategic resource and capacity planning. You will lead part of the order engineering department, with people and operational responsibility for your group, and oversee planning across the organization.

You will develop and support your team toward safety, quality and delivery, ensure competence development, engagement, and close collaboration with other functions.

Qualifications

• A university degree in engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership experience, either as a manager or in a leading specialist role.
• Good understanding of planning, resource management and project-based operations.
• Ability to create structure, drive change and build strong collaborations.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a group of engineers within order engineering.
• Own and coordinate the department’s capacity and resource planning.
• Create transparency around workload, forecasts and future resource needs.
• Collaborate with other functions across the business.
