Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Ludvika, Sweden, seeks a Team Manager for the Operational Technology (OT) systems within HVDC Control & Protection. You will lead a team of about 20 professionals, driving engagement, growth, and high performance in a fast-paced project environment.

The role combines people leadership with local ownership and global collaboration, focusing on capability building, process improvement, and delivering value across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams and developing people.
• Understanding of OT systems, HMI, SCADA or similar.
• Experience working in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team with a focus on engagement, wellbeing, and growth.
• Ensure the department is staffed, skilled, and organized to meet business needs.
• Create clarity in roles, expectations, and priorities.
• Ensure processes and ways of working are followed and continually improved.
• Balance operational delivery with long-term competence development.
• Collaborate with global managers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the Global HVDC C&P IT/OT Management Team.
• Drive department-level improvements and strategic initiatives.
