Job summary

You will drive capacity management and coordinate with other functions to support project execution. The position requires an engineering degree, proven leadership, and strong planning skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Strong planning and resource management skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a group of engineers within order engineering.
• Own and coordinate the department’s capacity and resource planning.
• Create transparency around workload, forecasts and future resource needs.
