Job summary
Hitachi Energy in Ludvika is seeking an Order & Shipping Manager to lead end-to-end order fulfillment and shipping, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery to customers worldwide. You will manage order managers and shipping specialists and collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Sales to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Leadership experience in project management, logistics, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing.
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and delivering results.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end order fulfillment from customer order through shipment and delivery.
- Ensure excellent on-time delivery performance and proactively manage delivery risks.
- Oversee shipping, transportation, export documentation, and logistics coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer service, lead times, productivity and quality.
- Manage departmental performance, budget, and working capital.
- Develop and coach a high-performing team fostering safety and collaboration.
