Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Main Planner to join our planning team on site in Ludvika. You will collaborate with production planners, buyers, and the order team to optimize capacity across multiple lines and maximize customer value.

Your role includes developing best-practice routines and supporting S&OP processes for improved operational excellence. You will publish lead times, balance workloads, monitor delivery performance, and drive proactive improvements in planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience involving production planning.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to see the big picture and improve cross-process planning.

Responsibilities

• Publish and maintain accurate lead times in planning systems.
• Optimize planning across production lines based on demand.
• Monitor delivery performance and address deviations with reporting.
• Coordinate demand forecasting with sales and factories.
• Plan and coordinate planning activities for large/complex projects.
• Define and implement planning principles and capacity reservation.
