Job summary

Cummins is seeking a Service Administrator to join our Engine Service team in Maersta, Sweden. You will be the primary contact for customers, handle work orders, quotes, and repair plans, and coordinate scheduling.

Strong computer skills and fluent English and Swedish are required. The role offers a hands-on environment within a global industrial company and opportunities for growth. You will collaborate with Service Supervisors and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration roles, preferably in engineering or technical service.
• Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Swedish.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with customers by phone or at the branch, building relationships.
• Analyze customer needs, open work orders, provide quotes and repair plans, schedule work and update customers.
• Create complex work orders including diagnostic plans and repair estimates.
• Review plans with Service Supervisor/Team Lead prior to customer contact.
• Schedule job assignments with Service Supervisor/Team Lead.
• Develop positive customer relationships and explain charges; address warranty concerns.
• Monitor workshop metrics like labor productivity and customer satisfaction.
