Cummins is seeking a Service Administrator to join our Engine Service team in Maersta, Sweden. You will be the primary contact for customers, handle work orders, quotes, and repair plans, and coordinate scheduling.

Strong computer skills and fluent English and Swedish are required. The role offers a hands-on environment within a global industrial company and opportunities for growth. You will collaborate with Service Supervisors and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration roles, preferably in engineering or technical service.
• Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Swedish.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks.

• Monitor workshop metrics like labor productivity and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our team specializing in Engine Service for our Customer Service Support Team in Maersta, Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
• Analyze customers needs, gathers pertinent information, and opens work orders; provides quotes, develops claims, prepares repair plans, schedules work, and provides status updated to customers on repair work
• Creates complex work orders including, diagnostic plans, quotes and repair plans by determining the length of repair based on parts and labor availability.
• Reviews plans with the Service Supervisor/Team Lead prior to customer contact.
• Works with the Service Supervisor and/or Team Lead to schedule job assignments
• Develops positive relationships with key customers; resolves customer concerns regarding Cummins' or distributor warranties; explain charges to customers
• Monitors key performance metrics for the workshop, including labor productivity and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education.
• Demonstrated experience in previous administration roles preferably in engineering, construction, or technical service-related industries.
• High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting programs are a bonus
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• The ability to priorities conflicting tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
