Job summary

Aceve is a strategic, AI‑driven company seeking a Director of Business Systems to lead the transformation of its internal systems landscape. This role focuses on enabling operational excellence, scalability, and data‑driven decision‑making across Aceve.

You’ll work with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Customer Success, and Operations to align, integrate, and future‑proof the systems stack, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, PSA, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing or implementing business systems in a SaaS, PE-backed, or high-growth company.
• Deep understanding of SaaS operational processes across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Proven track record in systems transformation and M&A integration.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, automation, and system interoperability.
• Experience with data governance, master data management, and analytics flows.
• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to align stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for core business platforms including ERP, CRM, HRIS, PSA, Subscription Management, and Support tools.
• Design and optimize critical workflows across Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes.
• Ensure our systems landscape supports automation, standardization, and scalability across the business.
• Drive post-acquisition system integrations and harmonization following M&A activity.
• Champion data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms in collaboration with our Data & Analytics team.
• Manage vendor relationships, implementation partners, and major systems projects.
• Promote strong user adoption through enablement, training, and documentation initiatives.
