Job summary

Aceve, an AI-first company, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide customers through digital transformation in the craft and construction sector. You will own the full implementation journey from first conversation to go-live, reconciling business needs with product capabilities.

The role blends technology, people, and process. You will lead workshops, configure systems, train users, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate across product, sales, and support to create scalable

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business systems (ERP/CRM/SaaS) to external customers.

• Proven project management skills: scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

About the role

As an Implementation Consultant at Aceve, you are far more than a system configurator — you are the key partner who guides our customers through digital transformation and helps them build processes that genuinely work. You sit at the intersection of technology, people, and business, working closely with customer project managers, finance teams, and field staff to ensure our platform is configured in a way that supports their real operational needs. We measure your success by our customers’ success: when they go live, become productive, and see real value created.

What will you do

You will own the full implementation journey for your customers, from first conversation to go-live and beyond. Your days will involve a mix of structured project delivery, trusted advisory work, and close collaboration with colleagues across Aceve.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including needs analysis, workshops, system configuration, and user training.
• Own your delivery plans and keep all stakeholders (internal and external) aligned on scope, timelines, and budget.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, supporting them through change and helping simplify complex workflows to fit how their business actually operates.
• Collaborate with colleagues across product, sales, and support to develop standardized but flexible implementation frameworks that can be scaled across customers.
• Track billable hours, ensure accurate invoicing, and manage commercial follow-up across your project portfolio.
• Share knowledge and actively support colleagues — a strong implementation culture is built on learning from each other and growing together.

We believe you have

• A proven track record of delivering business systems (ERP, CRM, or SaaS solutions) to external customers, with a clear understanding of how end-to-end system integrations work in practice.
• A consulting mindset with genuine hands‑on ability, you are comfortable getting into configuration details while also steering larger processes and stakeholder conversations.
• Solid financial competency, you can hold meaningful conversations with customer finance teams about bookkeeping, budgets, invoicing flows, and operational efficiency, and you understand why this matters in an implementation context.
• Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage scope, stakeholders, and timelines without losing focus or momentum.
• Personal maturity, flexibility, and a genuine appetite for development, you see change as an opportunity, you want to be part of a team that is still evolving, and you bring others along with you.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Previous experience from the construction, property, or skilled trades industry — you already speak the language and understand the challenges.
• Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues, and a track record of growing by lifting others.
