Qualifications

• Experience delivering business systems (ERP/CRM/SaaS) to external customers.
• Consulting mindset with hands-on configuration and stakeholder handling.
• Strong financial understanding: budgeting, invoicing, and costing.
• Proven project management skills: scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to grow with a evolving team and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from discovery to go-live.
• Own delivery plans and align stakeholders on scope, timelines, budgets.
• Advise customers through change and streamline complex workflows.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and support to create scalable frameworks.
• Track billable hours, invoicing, and follow-up across projects.
