Job summary

SAS in Solna is seeking a Sales Optimization Performance Specialist to connect performance cycle priorities, commercial strategy and analytics to drive sales in indirect channels.

You will work with the Sales Optimization Team and Global Sales leaders to translate insights into actions, challenge current methods, and improve sales effectiveness across markets, while learning from experienced colleagues in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; Nordic languages are a bonus.
• Experience in airline industry or similar commercial functions is preferred.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Optimization team and Global Sales leaders to address complex commercial challenges across Sales, Revenue Management, Pricing, Network and other business functions.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, engaging stories that drive tactical actions within Sales.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and business outcomes and drive initiatives across markets.
• Combine quantitative analysis with commercial understanding to uncover opportunities and risks.
