SAS - Scandinavian Airlines is seeking a Sales Optimization Performance Specialist in Sweden to connect analytics with commercial strategy and drive growth across markets. You will influence sales in indirect channels and work closely with the Sales Optimization team and Global Sales leaders to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate insights into actions that create business value.
Analytical skills with business understanding to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Proven proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint for storytelling and decision support.
Proactive, curious, and willing to challenge current processes to improve results.
Experience in airline industry in Sales, Revenue Management, Pricing, Network Planning or related commercial function.
Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or equivalent experience; strong English; Nordic languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales Optimization team and Global Sales leaders on cross-functional commercial challenges.
Translate analytical findings into clear, engaging stories that drive tactical actions in Sales.
