Concentrix Sweden AB in Helsingborg is looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Agent to support SAS private customers. You will handle flight reservations, payments, refunds, and online services via phone and chat, and provide schedules, destinations, and special requirements.

You will also plan smart solutions for disruptions such as delays or cancellations. We offer a 7-week training program, 25 paid vacation days, internal career programs, and a clear path for progression.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of customer contact experience.
• You must be able to work from the Helsingborg office.
• Availability: Mon-Fri 07:00–19:15 and weekends 09:00–18:15.

Aufgaben

• Provide world-class Danish-speaking support to SAS private customers via phone and chat.
• Assist with flight reservations, payments, refunds and online services.
• Advise customers on flight schedules, destinations and special requirements, and propose solutions for disruptions.
