Concentrix Sweden AB in Helsingborg is looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Agent to support SAS private customers. You will handle flight reservations, payments, refunds, and online services via phone and chat, and provide schedules, destinations, and special requirements.

You will also plan smart solutions for disruptions such as delays or cancellations. We offer a 7-week training program, 25 paid vacation days, internal career programs, and a clear path for progression.

About the Role

Your daily work will involve providing world‑class support via phone and chat to SAS’ Danish private customers. This may include inquiries regarding flight reservations, payments, refunds, and online services, to mention just a few. You will also be responsible for providing information about flight schedules, available destinations, and special requirements (wheelchair passengers, traveling with pets, etc.). In addition, you will be an expert in planning and proposing smart solutions for customers in difficult situations such as canceled flights, delays, or schedule changes.

You enjoy working independently and are flexible when it comes to changes in your work. Stress tolerance is an important quality to succeed in this role.

• You speak and write Danish fluently (C1) and English (B2).
• You can work within the opening hours Monday–Friday 07:00–19:15 and weekends 09:00–18:15.
• You can work from our office in Helsingborg.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• 6 months of customer contact experience.

Employment type: Full-time with a 6-month probation period
