Job summary

Storykit in Stockholm is seeking a Customer Support & Workplace Operations Specialist to act as the central interface for customers and office operations. You’ll manage user support via Intercom, oversee subscriptions, maintain knowledge content, and ensure a welcoming, efficient HQ environment.

This is a full-time on-site role at our Stockholm headquarters. We value structured, tech-savvy individuals with a service mindset, fluent English, and an interest in AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, service or operations in software/tech.
• Strong service mindset and high energy.
• Organized and proactive with good coordination skills.
• Tech-curious and quick to learn new tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: assist users via Intercom chat and email with a personal touch.
• Subscription management: activate/deactivate licenses and accounts.
• Knowledge content: maintain help docs and AI chatbot answers.
• Product feedback: relay user issues to product/engineering.
• Workplace operations: own daily office experience and vendor coordination.
• Logistics/IT admin: manage hardware onboarding and office access.
