Job summary

SKF Group is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for Customs within SKF Automotive, based in Gothenburg. The role combines customer service with customs duties for Sweden and Norway, supporting data governance, pricing, and master data management to ensure compliant and efficient operations.

The position offers growth as the team expands across CX, master data, export control, and pricing, with close collaboration to drive high-quality customer experiences and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of relevant experience in customs and/or trade compliance.
• Good knowledge of customs regulations, EU legislation, and Free Trade Agreements.
• Experience with access management and segregation of duties principles.
• Strong focus on identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Fluent Swedish for local customs and English for international authorities and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage price lists in SAP: load, maintain, and publish pricing records across EMEA.
• Create and maintain accurate material and customer master data.
• Oversee user access and segregation of duties to ensure proper controls.
• Uphold governance standards and data protection policies.
• Investigate security incidents and coordinate remediation with IT, Legal, and Compliance.
• Collaborate with CX and Sales to fulfill requests and support regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with local customs officials to manage broker performance in Sweden and Norway.
• Maintain customs documentation and QA/QMS records with accuracy.
• Support Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) requirements and supplier declarations.
