  • Enforce governance standards: Implement and uphold data governance frameworks, policies, controls, and standards.
  • Investigate security incidents and data protection topics: Identify root causes, coordinate remediation actions, and collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with CX and Sales to deliver timely, high-quality fulfillment of business requests and support regulatory compliance.
Customs Experience
  • Work with local customs officials to build effective partnerships and coordinate audits of our third-party broker, who handles our customs declarations.
  • Manage customs brokers: Oversee broker performance and ensure compliant customs handling in Sweden and Norway.
  • Identify customs risks and opportunities: Review internal processes and external partnerships to improve compliance and improve ways of working.
  • Maintain customs documentation: Keep Quality Management System (QMS) documents accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Manage customs security programmes: Implement and maintain Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) requirements.
  • Issue supplier declarations: Prepare and provide Long-Term Supplier Declarations to customers, with a particular focus on Volvo.
  • Maintain customs records: Archive customs declarations and supporting documents accurately and in line with applicable requirements.
