Job summary

Mölnlycke is seeking a Digital Product Owner to join the CRM Sales & Service team in Gothenburg. You will define the product vision, manage the backlog, and lead the DevOps team to deliver CRM capabilities that enable the commercial org to reach its objectives.

You will work with stakeholders to capture needs, guide prioritization, and ensure delivery of value while aligning with KPIs/OKRs. This role emphasizes collaboration across cross-functional teams in a global healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• University degree in Business Administration/Engineering/CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing empowered agile digital product teams in product strategy, discovery, development and operations.
• Credibility and team leadership with diverse stakeholders and accountability for outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the digital product vision and development roadmap with stakeholders.
• Lead backlog management and the DevOps team and ensure clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-team planning for successful deliveries.
• Identify dependencies and drive resolution with other teams to meet KPIs and OKRs.
