Job summary

Mölnlycke is seeking a Senior Global Project Manager to join the newly established Global PMO in Gothenburg. You will lead cross-functional global programs, drive strategic initiatives across NPD, transformation, and M&A, and translate strategy into executable plans that deliver measurable business value.

You will build alignment across R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Commercial and Operations, applying Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a professional Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and organizational change.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and executives.
• Strong expertise across Agile, Waterfall, Stage-Gate, and Hybrid approaches.
• Proven track record delivering projects in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SAFe or other agile at scale settings.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional global projects and programs.
• Drive initiatives across new product development, innovation, business transformation, and M&A integration.
• Translate strategy into executable plans and deliver measurable business value.
• Build alignment across global stakeholders including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Commercial and Operations.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery approaches depending on business needs.
• Drive governance, decision-making, risk management, and benefit realization.
• Help shape and mature the newly established Global PMO, contributing to standards and governance.
• Act as a role model and trusted advisor for project leadership across the organization.
• Support knowledge sharing and mentoring of project management practices.
