Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an experienced consulting leader to head the Sales & Service CRM practice in Sweden. You will guide transformations, advise senior stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary engagements across strategy, design, technology and organizational change.

Strong CRM expertise with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a proven track record in consulting leadership, business growth, and client delivery are essential for shaping our customer transformation efforts in Sweden.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or technology-enabled advisory focused on CRM or Sales & Service transformations.
• Solid CRM expertise with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 and how they enable sales, service and commercial transformation.
• Leadership experience building, coaching and developing multidisciplinary teams and senior client relationships.
• Ability to challenge thinking, translate complex business issues into clear recommendations and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the team: coach and develop consultants, capabilities, expertise and career paths; support recruitment; foster collaborative culture.
• Advise clients and deliver transformations: shape CRM strategies, roadmaps, business cases and operating models; lead engagements end to end.
• Grow the business: build relationships with Swedish clients, identify opportunities, shape proposals and win engagements.
• Shape the practice: collaborate with Nordic leadership and partners to develop propositions and expand the Sales & Service practice in Sweden.
