Job summary

Viaplay Group is seeking a Creative Producer for a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Copenhagen, Stockholm or London. You will lead end-to-end creative development and production of campaigns across Allente and Viaplay, balancing creative excellence with business objectives.

You’ll drive concept development, copy and visuals, pitch ideas to stakeholders, and oversee production from concept through final delivery, including shoots and post-production, across multiple brands and markets.

Qualifications

• Strong agency/commercial background
• Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian
• Ability to develop ideas from brief to execution
• Commercial mindset aligned with brand objectives
• Experience across multiple brands and stakeholders
• Hands-on production experience and production process knowledge
• Ability to manage budgets, resources and deadlines
• Clear creative direction across editing, graphics, audio and post-production
• Confident presenting ideas and pitching to stakeholders
• Curious about entertainment and current trends

Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns from concept to final delivery across multiple channels
• Create pitch documents and compelling presentations
• Write and develop copy and visuals aligning with brand guidelines
• Pitch creative concepts to directors, marketing teams and stakeholders
• Produce TVCs, radio, digital assets, print and other campaign materials
• Edit promos and direct graphics, audio and post-production sessions
• Plan and manage production resources and timelines within budget
• Manage multiple projects and tight turnaround times
• Communicate updates clearly with teams and external partners
• Direct small to medium shoots and oversee talent when needed
• Stay informed on entertainment trends to maximize impact
• Adhere to partner guidelines to protect Allente and Viaplay brands
