Job summary

Vagabond is seeking a Content Production Manager to oversee the full production process from concept to delivery, ensuring on-brand, high-quality content. The role is a parental leave cover for about one year, based at our head office in Varberg, with potential continuation beyond the contract.

You will plan, coordinate and execute productions tied to campaigns and marketing activities, collaborating with creative and commercial teams to meet quality standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing productions in fashion or retail.
• Structured, solution-oriented and comfortable in a role with many points of contact.
• A strong visual eye and understanding of brand building.
• Experience working with image and video production, including the use of AI tools.
• Used to working against deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communicator and a clear project manager.
• Comfortable with numbers and negotiating purchases.

This is a parental leave cover position of approximately one year, based at our head office in Varberg. We are in a period of strong growth, and there is a possibility of continuation beyond the contract.

About The Role
