Job summary

Estrid is seeking a Creative Producer to drive growth through world-class creative execution. You will edit and iterate creatives, test hooks, angles and formats to discover what converts. You’ll film content yourself, often be on camera, and bring your own ideas each week.

You will join Estrid's Stockholm office, working closely with the growth and creative teams to produce ads that convert, repurpose winners, and learn from data to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience filming and editing ads for Meta and TikTok.
• Creative producer with a creator mindset.
• Comfortable in front of the camera and capable of shooting content.
• Passion for hooks, pacing, and scroll psychology.
• Ability to monitor competitor ads and translate insights into Estrid-style creatives.
• Willingness to pitch ideas weekly beyond briefs.
• English proficiency; German/Polish/Spanish/French/Italian bonus.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-performing ad creatives (video + static).
• Film content yourself, from product shots to full ads.
• Star in front of the camera for talking-to-camera ads and UGC.
• Turn briefs into assets and edit fast variations.
• Pitch your ideas weekly, not just execute briefs.
• Monitor what's working in the market and adapt ads to Estrid.
• Repurpose winners into new formats.
• Dig into data behind ads to improve the next batch.
• Collaborate with growth and creative teams.
• continuously improve conversion.
