Job summary

Vagabond Shoemakers in Varberg seeks a Content Production Manager to own the full production process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, brand-elevating content for campaigns.

This parental leave cover position is based at our head office in Varberg, with travel involved and a possibility of extension beyond the contract as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing productions in fashion or retail.
• Structured, solution-orientated and comfortable in a role with many points of contact.
• A strong visual eye and understanding of brand building.
• Experience working with image and video production, including the use of AI tools.
• Used to working against deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communicator and a clear project manager.
• Comfortable with numbers and negotiating purchases.

• Oversee post-production, retouch and sign-off of all final assets.

We are looking for a Content Production Manager to help ensure high-quality, brand-elevating content for Vagabond. A key role within our creative marketing team, where you will own the full production process from concept to delivery.

This is a parental leave cover position of approximately one year, based at our head office in Varberg. We are in a period of strong growth, and there is a possibility of continuation beyond the contract.

About the role

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing productions tied to our campaigns, content and marketing activities. You'll work closely with our creative and commercial teams to ensure all content is on-brand and meets our quality standards.
