Job summary

Mentimeter is seeking a hands-on Producer to join the Brand team in Stockholm for a 12-month contract. You will drive production from ideation to launch, coordinating budgets, timelines, and cross-functional Stakeholders across Marketing, Product and Sales Enablement.

You’ll optimise workflows, implement scalable processes, and champion AI-driven efficiencies while preserving creative quality. 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Producer or Creative Operations Manager in marketing or creative teams.
• Deep understanding of the creative process and production stages from strategy to delivery.
• Proficient with project management tools and methods; strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Resource planning and budget management across campaigns and projects.
• Structure projects from brief to delivery with clear timelines and milestones.
• Align stakeholders across Brand, Growth, Enterprise and Sales Enablement.
• Design and iterate workflows to boost efficiency and quality.
